蓝传送式洗碗碟机 主要结构及工作原理

该机采用单洗涤缸单水泵洗涤、由不锈钢箱体、洁洗系统、漂洗系统、传送系统、电气控缸系统等组成。

该机通过传送系统由传送系统将碗碟等首先进人预清洗区 ，由上下喷洗臂喷洗涤温水进行预清洗．去除碗碟表面污渍然后进入洁洗区，由上下喷洗臂喷清洗热水进行清洗彻底清除油渍等，进入净水漂洗除去表面的污水，达到洗净的要求，洗净的碗碟从出口端取出。设有内开天、进水阀、进汽阀、温控仪、等确保了设备的正常运转。

Min Structure ＆Principle of Running

It has single pumps in the wash Jar，and is made up of stainless steel frame，cleaning system，rinsing system，conveying system and air control system

The dishware firstly enter the pre-cleaning area by the conveyer chain in the conveying system，and are pre-cleaned by the upper and lower pray arms with the warm water，then enter into the cleaning area after cleaning up the dirt on the surface of the dishware，in the cleaning area，dishware are cleaned by the upper and lower spray arms with hot water to clean the dirt thoroughly．At last，they enter into the rinsing area，cleaning out the dirty water on the surface and then can be picked out at the exit。The machine is produced together with the inner switch，water entering valve，air entering valve，temperature checking machine，which can provide a stable operation for the machine。
